am Heather Eagan, the founder of Grandfather Clocks
Plus. My family has been in the furniture business for
over 40 years. We pride ourselves on having great customer
service and quality products. Currently, my brothers, Louis Eagan, and Roy Eldon Eagan,
own stores in Lexington (Eagan's Quality Furniture), Richmond (Katelin's), Cameron, Missouri (Eagan's Home Furniture).
Most of our products on our website are shipped directly from the manufacturers. Many of our manufactures still do things by hand such as finishes and sanding (done twice).

Howard
Miller and Hentschel have a two year warranty on grandfather
clocks. Howard Miller offers a one year warranty on mantel, wall and tabletop
clocks. Loricron has a three year warranty on the majority of their clocks.
If any problems occur with your merchandise, you
should contact us at 1-866-519-6970 and speak with a
customer service representative. All you have
to do is report the problem and we will take the rest!!
If your product is still under warranty and covers labor, NO cost will
be incurred on your part to have the merchandise replaced
or repaired.
Safe and Secure--
Our eStores solution through Bank of America protects
transactions by encrypting sensitive data from the point
of entry by the customer right through completion of the
transaction. We also ask our customer for their
Card Verification Values which helps protect against fraudulent
use of our customers credit cards. When you purchase
online, Grandfather Clocks Plus employees never see your
credit card number. The information you enter
goes straight to the Bank of America terminal for an authorization
number.

is simply the method for submitting purchase information
to our site with complete assurance, that what you are
