SHIPPING AND HANDLING 50 lbs and up are shipped by a trucking company. The trucking company will contact you two days before your clock or collectors cabinet will be delivered. All grandfather clocks are $99.95 shipping and handling.

The Grandfather Clocks on our website are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The shipping is $99.95 to anywhere in the United States. Grandfather Clocks usually ship within 4-5 business days depending on availability and time of year. Since Hentschel clocks are custom made they normally take 2 weeks before they ship. If your merchandise is being shipped by truck, the trucking company will contact you 2-3 days prior to delivery. Estimated Date of Arrival is 3-5 business days after ship date.

Products under 50 lbs are shipped by UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping ranges from $5 and up depending on weight and dimensions of the clock.

Warranties and Refunds:

All Grandfather Clocks include a 2 year limited warranty.

All Wall and Mantel clocks come with a 1 year limited warranty

Merchandise comes with a warranty covered by the manufacturer.

If a product is received damaged or defective, the product will be replaced or repaired. Grandfather Clocks Plus must be notified immediately of damaged or defective products. Refused or returned shipments not accepted by the customer for any reason other than a damaged product are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of the shipping and return shipping (this will be the actual shipping cost not necessarily the billed shipping costs).
